How to upgrade your Featured profile card

Your Featured card is your storefront in the EPIC directory. Follow these steps to make sure it looks polished, complete, and easy to act on.

  1. Step 1

Use the Sign In link in the top-right of the site with the email address on your member record. If you've never logged in before, use "Forgot password" to set one.

  2. Step 2

    Open your profile

Once signed in, click your name (or My Profile) in the top nav — or go directly to /my-profile.

  3. Step 3

    Look for the Featured badge

You'll see a gold "✨ You're a Featured member" badge at the top of your profile. Click Edit profile to start filling things in.

  4. Step 4

    Add a clear, current headshot

Upload a friendly, well-lit headshot — ideally a square photo where your face fills most of the frame. This is the first thing people see on your card.

  5. Step 5

Write your name, business, and tagline

Use your full name and the business name you want people to remember. Keep your tagline to one short line that explains who you help and how.

  6. Step 6

Fill in every contact field you want shown

Featured cards show email, phone, website, LinkedIn, and a booking/calendar link. The more fields you fill in, the more useful (and impressive) your card looks.

  7. Step 7

    Save

Click Save. Your upgraded card appears immediately on the Directory and Featured Members pages.

What goes on a Featured card

  • Headshot
    Square, well-lit, face-forward.
  • Tagline
One short line, e.g. "I help realtors close more deals with smart marketing."
  • Phone
    Direct line you actually answer.
  • Website
    Your primary business URL (https://…).
  • LinkedIn
Full profile URL so people can connect.
  • Booking link
Calendly, HubSpot, or any scheduler link.

Tips for a card that gets referrals

  • Treat your tagline like a 7-second intro — what do you do, and who do you do it for?
  • A real photo of you always beats a logo. People refer people, not brands.
  • Make sure your website and LinkedIn open in a new tab and actually load — broken links kill referrals.
  • Add a booking link so new connections can grab time with you in one click.
  • Come back any time to refresh your card — it updates everywhere instantly.
