🌿 Self-Care Habit Trackers

Five printable tools to build — and actually stick with — a self-care practice. From a daily joy check-in to a full weekly planner, drawn from Caite Corripio's self-care workbook.

TOOL 01 · DAILY MOOD BUBBLES

Joy Tracker

One bubble per day. Shade it in for how much joy the day actually held — empty, half, or full. No journaling, no streak to break.

Best for: noticing patterns you'd otherwise talk yourself out of.

TOOL 02 · COLOR A PETAL A DAY

Habit Tracker — Flower

Pick one habit. One petal, one day. By the end of the month you have a flower instead of a spreadsheet — and a very honest picture of your follow-through.

Best for: the single habit you keep meaning to start.

TOOL 03 · 31-DAY SHADING TRACKER

Habit Tracker — Wheel

Six rings, 31 days. Shade a segment each time you follow through. Stacking several habits on one page shows you which one is quietly carrying the others.

Best for: tracking 2–6 habits at once.

TOOL 04 · TIME-BLOCKED TEMPLATE

Ideal Weekly Plan

Block the week you want before the week blocks you. Movement, real meals, a sleep window, and something purely for joy go in first — everything else fills in around them.

Best for: Sunday, ten minutes, coffee in hand.

TOOL 05 · TOP 3 + DELEGATE LIST

Weekly Priorities

Three things that truly matter this week. Everything else gets a name next to it or a big honest X. Your list gets shorter and your week gets lighter.

Best for: weeks where everything feels urgent.

How to actually use these

  • Print all five. Keep them somewhere you already look — fridge, desk, planner.
  • Start with one tracker, not five. The flower is the gentlest place to begin.
  • Fill it in at the same moment daily — after coffee, before bed. Anchor it to something you already do.
  • Miss a day? Color tomorrow. This is a practice, not a test.

Self-care isn't the reward for finishing the list. It's what makes the list possible.
